If Something Goes Wrong
Incorrect Address / Lost Parcels
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Oaknest Living cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at office@oaknestliving.com We’re here to help and will assist in resolving any issues.
Damaged in Transit
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the product and packaging. We will arrange either a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
